The platform may collect:

- Business information (industry, city, services, pricing, hours)
- Chat interactions with Merchant Agents and Industry Brains
- Lead data (inquiry content, contact preference, appointment details)

2. AI Processing
Conversations with Merchant Agents and Industry Brains may be processed and analyzed for:
- Response generation
- Service improvement
- Quality assurance and safety review

- Lead attribution across the DCCA Ad Network

3. Lead Sharing
When a user explicitly requests a service, books an appointment, or asks to be contacted, the user's information (such as name, contact method, and inquiry content) may be shared with the selected merchant so the merchant can respond.
Merchants receiving lead data are bound by their own obligations under the Merchant Agreement.
4. Analytics & Attribution
The platform may use:
- Internal analytics systems
- DCCA attribution systems (source content, publisher, city partner)
- Conversion tracking (lead, call, appointment)
Attribution data supports CPL billing, publisher revenue sharing, and optimization of the Agent Distribution Network.
