This Privacy Policy describes how AionWeb Inc. d/b/a Sinomedia.com ("Company", "Sinomedia", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Haiwai AI Merchant Platform (delivered under the Sinomedia.com business brand), including the Agent Factory, Agent Distribution Network, and DCCA Ad Network.

1. Information Collected

The platform may collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Website URL
  • Business information (industry, city, services, pricing, hours)
  • Chat interactions with Merchant Agents and Industry Brains
  • Lead data (inquiry content, contact preference, appointment details)
  • Analytics data (page, source, attribution, conversion events)

2. AI Processing

Conversations with Merchant Agents and Industry Brains may be processed and analyzed for:

  • Response generation
  • Service improvement
  • Quality assurance and safety review
  • Fraud and abuse prevention
  • Lead attribution across the DCCA Ad Network
  • Platform analytics and optimization

3. Lead Sharing

When a user explicitly requests a service, books an appointment, or asks to be contacted, the user's information (such as name, contact method, and inquiry content) may be shared with the selected merchant so the merchant can respond.

Merchants receiving lead data are bound by their own obligations under the Merchant Agreement.

4. Analytics & Attribution

The platform may use:

  • Internal analytics systems
  • DCCA attribution systems (source content, publisher, city partner)
  • Conversion tracking (lead, call, appointment)

Attribution data supports CPL billing, publisher revenue sharing, and optimization of the Agent Distribution Network.

5. No Sale of Personal Data

AionWeb Inc. d/b/a Sinomedia.com does not sell personal information.

6. Data Protection

AionWeb Inc. d/b/a Sinomedia.com uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information.
