Merchant is one of the two canonical business entities: a business that provides services or products. It is the single name used across architecture, domain model, runtime, database, APIs, analytics and event contracts. Presentation terms (Merchant Partner in Haiwai, Advertiser in Sinomedia) all normalize to Merchant.
