Publishers integrate Merchant Agents, widgets, and contextual conversational ad units distributed through the Agent Distribution Network. Approved properties may include websites, content articles, city pages, newsletters, and embedded surfaces.

• Each Publisher property must be registered and approved.
• White-label subdomains follow the platform domain registry.
• Publishers may not resell, sublicense, or rebrand the platform without written consent.

Publishers may earn:

• CPL revenue share on qualified leads attributed to Publisher inventory
• CPA revenue share on confirmed conversions where applicable
• Incentive payments for activation, quality, or strategic content

Revenue share rates, attribution windows, and payment thresholds are defined in the platform policy and Publisher Dashboard.

• Traffic must be organic or sourced from approved channels.
• Bot traffic, incentivized clicks, and click farms are prohibited.
• Traffic must match the Publisher's declared geography and audience.
• AionWeb may audit traffic and withhold attribution for traffic that fails quality checks.

• Self-clicking, self-submitted leads, and collusion are prohibited.
• Identity spoofing, fake lead contact info, and synthetic conversations are prohibited.
• Detected fraud may result in clawback, suspension, or termination.

• Content must comply with applicable laws and platform policy.
• No illegal, hateful, deceptive, or misleading content surrounding ad units.
• Industry-restricted content (legal, medical, financial, immigration) must follow vertical-specific rules.

• Attribution is determined by the platform's DCCA attribution system.
• Source content, source website, source publisher, source city partner, and conversation context are stamped at lead creation.
• Publishers may not bypass, strip, or manipulate attribution parameters.

• Payouts follow the platform billing cycle (typically monthly, net terms).
• A minimum payout threshold may apply.
• Adjustments for clawbacks, fraud, or disputes are reconciled in the next cycle.
• Publishers are responsible for their own taxes.
