Website Partner is the canonical Haiwai presentation term for a Website: a partner that provides a distribution surface and earns revenue share from it. Website Partners can enable conversational ad slots, embedded assistants, life-guide widgets and white-label subdomains; every event carries `site_id` and `publisher_id` attribution. `Publisher` and `Publisher Partner` are legacy compatibility aliases in Haiwai; `Publisher` remains approved in Sinomedia.
