A Legacy Alias is a historical name or address that still works but is no longer the official term and must not appear in new public-facing content. Typical examples: `Publisher` (within Haiwai), `CNP`, `PNP` and the routes `/publisher/*`, `/cnp/*`, `/pnp/*`.
