Fill out the Agent Brain interview so AI learns how you work
14 questions, about 10 to 15 minutes. The more specific your answers, the more the AI sounds like you with clients.
This is step one of the setup roadmap. The AI walks you through a structured interview about your expertise, the clients you want and how you make calls, then turns it into your Decision DNA — from then on, phone calls and online chat both answer using that same logic.
- Open “Agent Brain” in the left sidebar (or step 1 on the dashboard roadmap) and start answering.
- Answer one question at a time — it saves as you go, and coming back later picks up right where you left off.Give real numbers, real conditions, real examples. A line like “I do everything” or “I do all kinds of remodels” does not help the AI at all; “detached backyard ADUs, 600–800 sq ft, one bed one bath” does.
- Stuck on one? Skip it — you do not have to answer all 14; whatever you finish still counts.
- When you are done, “Your Decision DNA” on the right shows what has been captured. If something looks off, click the matching question on the left and fix it.
- Once it looks right, click “Submit”. It takes effect right away — both phone calls and online chat answer using it.
