Create your AI store for free

Open your store with the “Setup roadmap” on your dashboard

Work through the steps in order and visitors can find you, ask you and book you on your store page — and your AI sounds like you too. Once it is done and closed, this article is where to look the steps up again.

You can register and sign in with your Google account: the registration form has “Sign up with Google” at the top and the sign-in page has “Sign in with Google”. One click gets you in, with no separate password to set.

If you see “Profile under review” after registering, the platform is reviewing your merchant details by hand. Until it passes, neither the workspace nor your store page is open. There is no need to register again — just sign in again later. If it does not pass, the page tells you how to get in touch.

Right under the store card on your workspace dashboard is the “Setup roadmap”: everything it takes to open your store, in order, in seven rows. The first row, “Your AI storefront is live”, was completed the moment you were approved and is checked by default. The step you are on is expanded with a “Complete this step” button; the rest show only a check mark and a title, and you can expand any of them. Each step says in one line why it matters, then lists the specific things to do; click any one of them and you land right on the field to fill in. The header only counts completed steps — there is no percentage. After the seven rows comes a section marked “Optional”, “Turn on the AI phone front desk”, which the platform assigns a number for and which is not counted. Here are the six steps to do.

  1. Step 1, “Complete your key profile details”: all eight items live on the “Store Profile” page across three tabs — the “Credentials” tab for licenses and certificates; the “Professional profile” tab for your headshot, professional title, years of experience and education; the “Business info” tab for your one-line intro, city and WeChat. Click any item in the roadmap and you land on that field. On that page, click “Save changes” at the bottom for an item to count as filled; if you leave without saving, the page asks you first.
  2. Step 2, “Do the AI Brain questionnaire”: go to the “Agent Brain” page and answer 14 questions, about 10 to 15 minutes. Each answer is stored when you click “Save and continue”, so you can leave and pick up later; the roadmap shows how many you have answered. The step is checked once you confirm the last section and it is recorded as submitted. For the full steps, see “Fill out the Agent Brain interview so AI learns how you work”.
  3. Step 3, “Teach the AI your business”: click “Add an FAQ or knowledge entry” and you land in the “FAQ” section of “Storefront Page”. Knowledge entries themselves are added separately on the “AI Knowledge Base” page.
  4. Step 4, “Let visitors book you”: click “Complete this step” and choose which days you open and from what time to what time. Once it is set, visitors booking on your store page pick a slot directly. For the full steps, see “Set your bookable hours”.
  5. Step 5, “Get your storefront out there”: on the store card on your workspace dashboard, click “Copy” for the link and “QR Code” to save the code as an image, then post them where you normally find clients. For the full steps, see “Share your store link and QR code”.
  6. Step 6, “Catch your first lead”: once a visitor leaves their contact details, follow up on the “Leads” page.To take one all the way to a close, see “Follow up on a lead, all the way to a deal”.
  7. Beyond the six steps there is a section marked “Optional”, “Turn on the AI phone front desk”: the platform assigns the number; click “Request activation” to open a ticket.See “Turn on the AI phone front desk so AI answers your calls”.

Each thing you finish gets a check mark in the roadmap, and finishing a step expands the next one automatically. Once everything is done, the whole block collapses into a single line, and the X at its end closes it. Whenever you want to look the steps up again after closing it, come back to this article.
