Some merchants hear from us before they sign up. In that case you get an interview invite link first (over WeChat or email), not something you click from inside the workspace — open it and you can start answering right away, no account required.
- Open the link you were sent. Your business name shows on the page — check it is really your store.
- Same as inside the workspace: answer one question at a time, it saves automatically, and leaving and coming back on the same link picks up where you left off.
- Click “Submit” when you are done.
- After that, we will get in touch to set up your account. Your answers go straight into your AI reception — you will not need to answer again.
If the link says “This link no longer works”, it is usually expired, withdrawn, or was copied with something missing — ask whoever sent it for a new one. Nothing you already answered is lost.
