Publish an article so it shows on your store page
“Save as draft” only saves it. Only “Save & publish” puts it under the “Articles” tab on your store page and into your “AI Knowledge Base”.
There are two buttons at the bottom of the editor: “Save as draft” only stores it, so your store page does not show it and the AI does not use it; “Save & publish” is what takes it live.
- Go to “My Storefront” → “Storefront Page”, open the “Articles” section, and click “Write an article” at the top right.
- Fill in the title and body. The summary is the line shown on the card on your store page — write one.
- Click “Save & publish”.If you clicked “Save as draft” first, the message that appears has a “Publish now” button — click it to take the article live.
- Click “Preview on storefront” on that row in the list and check that visitors really see it under the “Articles” tab.
If you see “Saved as a draft, but publishing failed”, nothing is lost. Go back to the list, click publish and try again — there is no need to rewrite anything.
