Customize how your store page looks
Your storefront gallery and tabs are yours to adjust. The body of a visible tab doubles as material for your AI and is picked up by the “AI Knowledge Base”.
Your store page works as it is, but two things can be tuned to your line of business: the photos in the left column, and the sections on the page (tabs). Both sit in the “Appearance” section of “Storefront Page”, and each block saves on its own.
- With “Show storefront gallery” on, your photos are laid out as a grid in the left column of your store page, and a visitor can open any one of them full screen. They appear in the order set here — drag to reorder, or use the move earlier / move later buttons under each one if you are working from the keyboard. Up to 8 photos.With the switch off, the block does not appear on your store page at all. The images you uploaded are kept, and turning it back on brings them back.
- “Tabs” are the sections on your store page; drag a whole row or use the up and down arrows to reorder them. The five system tabs (Professional Profile, Credentials, Articles, FAQ, Online Consultation) cannot be deleted or hidden, but you can rename them; leave a name blank to use the default.
- Click “Add tab” to create a section of your own, up to 6 of them: give it a name, and write paragraphs, headings, lists, links and images in the body. If you do not want visitors to see it yet, turn off “Show on storefront page”.
- Open your store page to see it the way visitors do; refresh and anything you just saved shows up. When you visit your own store page, an owner bar appears at the top — click “Edit gallery” to jump straight back to this section and keep editing.
The body of a visible tab is used as reference material by your AI front desk — put your service process and how you charge into a tab, and the AI can answer with it in both chat and calls.
