Get your professional profile completeness to 100%
The more visitors trust you, the more willing they are to leave their contact details. Start with the items worth the most points and you can lift it in a few minutes.
Before you start
- Upload your professional headshot first — the “Professional Profile” tab marks it “Top priority” (+13%)
“Professional profile completeness” is made up of 14 items, each worth a different number of points. Only “Professional Profile”, “Credentials” and “Trust Profile” count; “Business info” holds your store's basic facts and is not scored. The top of the Store Profile page lists what you have not filled in yet, sorted by points from high to low; click one and you switch to that tab and jump to that field.
- Start with the item worth the most at the top: “Credentials” (+17%) sits on the “Credentials” tab — click “Add credential” and fill in the type, number and state.
- Switch to the “Professional Profile” tab and fill in “Professional Title” and “Years of Experience”.
- On the same tab, “Languages” and “Service Coverage Areas”: type one and press Enter or a comma to turn it into an entry.
- “Education”, “Previous Employers” and “Associations”: press Enter after each entry.An entry can contain a comma — “Stanford University, MBA” counts as one entry.
- On the “Trust Profile” tab, fill in “LinkedIn Profile” and “Company Website”. Any one of Google Business, Yelp or Facebook is enough.
- The percentage at the top is visible on every tab. Whatever is still missing stays listed there and disappears as you fill it in.
Got one wrong? Click the × on that entry to delete it and type it again — the other entries are unaffected. Remember to click “Save” when you are done.
